These Terms of Service govern your use of Mafull ("the Service"), operated by T&T SOFT. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Mafull is an AI-powered mutual SNS marketing platform. Users register their services, and AI generates promotional content which other members post on their SNS channels. The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Missions and Points

• Free plan users may complete up to 10 missions per month
• Points are earned upon mission completion and credited to your account
• Mission posts must remain live for a minimum of 30 days
• Deleting posts within 30 days may result in point deduction or account suspension
• 3 or more violations may result in permanent account suspension
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading post URLs
• Use automated bots or scripts to complete missions
• Post promotional content that violates SNS platform policies
• Attempt to manipulate the points system
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

6. Subscription and Payments

• Pro plan is billed at $19.9/month, automatically renewed each month
• Payments are processed securely through Paddle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

7. AI-Generated Content

Promotional posts generated by our AI are provided as-is. T&T SOFT is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing content before posting.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant T&T SOFT a non-exclusive license to use your service information for generating promotional content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. T&T SOFT does not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including visitor counts or promotional effectiveness.

10. Limitation of Liability

T&T SOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
