Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on Mafull, operated by T&T SOFT. By subscribing to our Pro plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page.
  • Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service.
  • To request a refund, contact us at score@score.co.kr within 7 days of the charge.
  • Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial subscription period.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Renewal charges where the cancellation request was not submitted before the renewal date
  • Requests made after 7 days from the charge date

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at score@score.co.kr with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We will process your request within 5 business days.

6. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
